"When my mother left me in Sunday School, I always asked to wear her locket. She thought I liked the locket. That wasn't it at all. I knew I wasn't worth coming back for, but I also knew that she would come back for that locket."

Think, Christian, upon those words "MADE us to be ACCEPTED in the Beloved!"

Sometimes, we Christians tend to think of our acceptance in relation to our present experience.
When we are doing well, and our hopes are bright, we feel good about our acceptance.
When we are not doing well, and our hopes are dashed, we doubt our acceptance.

Isn't it wonderful to know that Christians, born under the blood of Christ, are ACCEPTED!? It is not our "highs" that make us more accepted. And our "lows" shouldn't make us feel rejected.

In HIM we are accepted! It is CHRIST - the "BELOVED!" In Him we are objects of God's divine grace, divine love, and divine redemption.

Yes, we are sinners. And if we focus upon our sins, we shall certainly feel ashamed and rejected. But our focus should be on CHRIST - the "BELOVED!" He never changes! His love is always the same. Kneel in humble prayer confessing your sins, and KNOW they are washed away in His blood, and that you are "accepted in the BELOVED!"

God has "MADE" it so, and He will never unmake it!

John 1:12-13
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
KJV

Wear the blood of Christ upon your heart always. It means divine redemption.

And "for the glory of His grace," He shall surely return for that!
