Sometimes I wonder if old age is worth the struggle. I mean, it's hard to keep a positive focus with all the aches and pains, and ills and pills.
But one thing I've noticed that's helpful. You can find all your favorite music in the bargain bin!

A man went into the barber shop to get a haircut. He and the barber talked about several things. Toward the end of the haircut the man began to talk to the barber about a personal relationship with God.
The barber said, "I don't believe God exists. If God is really existent, and is good, then why would he allow such pain and sorrow to exist on earth?"
The man paid the barber and walked toward the door. Just then he saw a "homeless" walking down the street. He pointed to the shaggy-haired,
scraggly-bearded man and said, "I don't believe barbers exist. If they did, why would there be people walking around with shaggy hair and scraggly beards?"
The barber, becoming a little agitated, said, "But barbers do exist. People have to come to the barber in order to get haircuts and beards trimmed."
The man looked at the barber and said, "Exactly! And God exists too. The problem is that most people don't GO TO HIM!"
God is! God is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent. And God is calling for people to come to him.
The next time you see a "bargain," think about the REAL DEAL God is offering: personal forgiveness, genuine peace, and eternity without sin!
And those things are FREELY GIVEN to all who surrender to the Majesty and mastery of Jesus Christ.
