THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
It's unfortunate that pastors don't hear from most members often.
It seems pastors only hear from most members when they are:
hatched, patched or dispatched.

Heb 10:24-25
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Each Christian should "consider" brothers and sisters in Christ.
Our consideration of them should lead us, at the least to prayer,
and to action if necessary.
Some, we need to "provoke," or inspire to express their love OF Christ.
Some, we need to "provoke," or inspire to Bible study, prayer, and attendance.
Some, we need to "provoke," that they express to others their love FOR Christ.
If any of our brothers and sisters in Christ are "forsaking the assembling of ourselves together," we should "exhort" them to be faithful in attendance.
Time is short! Jesus may appear soon!
Let us "exhort" each other "to day," (Heb. 3:13) for this is the "accepted" time (2Cor. 6:2).
If more Christians were self-starters, the pastor wouldn't have to be such a crank!
It is not the pastor's duty to visit the wayward!
"Let US," the members, do the work of inspiring our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ to be faithful!
Love ya,
Bruce
