THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
Two prisoners were shackled to the walls of the dungeon. They were hanging, spread-eagled, suspended from the floor and side by side.
There was only one window about 10 ft above their heads, and it was very narrow.
One prisoner turned to the other and said, "OK. Here's my PLAN!"

Heb 2:9
9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

Circumstances may be difficult, even tumultous at times. "But we see JESUS..."
Christ may not make all your troubles go away, "But we see JESUS..." Who helps us over the "bumps" in the road of life.
If we look in the Bible, we see JESUS! The Bible is not a history book, it is His story!
In Genesis He is the Creator,
In the Pentateuch, He is the Sacrifice,
In the Prophet, He's the Promised Son, and soon coming King,
In the Gospels, He's the miracle working God-in-flesh, and the "Lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world."
In the book of Acts, He's seated at the right hand of the Father, and then He stands to welcome His saints,
In the epistles of Paul, He's the One and only Savior, and the builder of the church,
In the letters of Peter, He's the Living Corner Stone and the One Who makes us lively stones,
In John's letters, He's our Advocate when we sin, and the One to Whom we owe all our love,
In Jude, He's the only Lord God, and our Lord, Jesus Christ,
And in Revelation, He's the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end...AND
He's coming back soon!
There is everything positive about the statement, "But we see JESUS!"
No matter how bad things are at the moment, let us focus upon our Lord Jesus Who gives us strength. And we can always say, "But we see Jesus!"
Love ya,
