THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
Granddad took his 5-year-old granddaughter fishing. Patiently, he taught her how to bait the hook, and throw it in the water, being careful to maintain a safe distance from the edge.
After about an hour, she called to Granddad, "Can we put new bait on my hook?"
He asked, "Why?"
She said, "'Cause I don't think this worm knows how to call fish."

There is direction in this statement: "Call unto me..."
There is assurance in this statement: "I will answer thee.."
There is expectation in this statement: "I will .... shew thee great and mighty things..."
There is revelation in this statement: "...mighty things, which thou knowest not!"
God has many wonderful, exciting things to show and give us.
He desires that we live in the elevated realm of His faith, joy, and hope.
However, the trip to that wonderful union is up the mountain of prayer!
Many Christians remain in the deep valley of wavering, doubting, and never call to the "fish!" (Matt 4:19)
The reason is: they fail to expend the energy climbing that mountain of prayer.
If you would catch a "fish," learn to call them.
If you would learn to call them, climb the mountain of prayer!
Love ya,
