THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS

DAILY DEVOTIONS

HI!

Teacher: So, Fred, you say the dog ate your homework?
Fred: Yes Ma’am.
Teacher: And where is your dog now?
Fred: He’s at the vet’s office. It seems history doesn’t agree with him either!

Whatever your condition today, Christian, God has given you a “Word.”
That Word will “quicken” your spirit and give you “hope.”
Perhaps you are burdened because of sin.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1John 1:9)

Perhaps you are seeking a closer relationship with our Lord.
"Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled." (Matt. 5:6)

Perhaps you are burdened because of grief.
“But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies.”
(Lam 3:32)

Perhaps you are fretting over a difficult decision.
“And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, “ (Is 30:21)

Remember, you are God’s “servant.”
He wants to enliven you and give you “hope.”

But, you must DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2Tim 2:15)

Love ya,
Bruce
