Heb 11:1
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

We do not “appropriate” faith.
It is GIVEN, by grace, through repentance and surrender to Jesus as Lord.
Eph 2:8-9 says,
“8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
It is because of God’s unlimited GRACE that we are afforded the opportunity to receive faith.
God looks upon the sinner, and says, “You’re going the wrong way. Repent (turn around) and follow me.”
When we admit our sin, beg God’s forgiveness through Jesus, and surrender our lives to Him, we are given faith.
Then, faith becomes causative action in our lives.
We “have access by faith” into MORE of God’s grace!
Indeed we “stand” in this grace.
We are given sure footing on the Solid Rock – Jesus.
He has paid in blood for our sins.
He has entered the Holy of Holies and appropriated grace to constantly shower upon believers.
Therefore, we “rejoice in hope of the glory of God.”
For Christ has said, “I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also!”
(John 14:3)
If, by grace, you have received faith – LIVE IN IT!
ACCESS more grace through surrendered prayer in Christ.
Live REJOICING!
Our time here is short.
