Christ IS forever.
He is the LIVING, ETERNAL Lord.
And, He is the "same, yesterday, and to day, and forever." (Hebrews 13:8)
Therefore, He is "able" to save us "to the uttermost," or FOREVER!
Jesus' "delights," or joy, has always been "with the sons of men." (Psalm 8:31)
Jesus takes personal interest in our soul's well-being.
Many times He personally, and physically intervened in history, saving mankind from the evils of the world. (See: Genesis 3:8, Genesis 18:1, Genesis 32:24-30, Joshua 5:13-14, Daniel 3:19-25)
Then, He came personally to "seek and to save that which was lost." (Luke 19:10)
In His grace and love, He died on the cross to pay for the sins of the world so that "whosoever" may be saved. (John 3:16)
He was "delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification" (Romans 4:25).
And, dear saved sinner, Jesus takes personal interest in your soul today!
He constantly "make(s) intercession(s)" for you!
The grace that sought you;
the grace that bought you;
is the grace that keeps you!
We do well to remember Him as He remembers us: CONSTANTLY!
Love ya,
Bruce
