THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
<><><><><>
A fella moved to Florida from Massachusetts. (I wonder why?) He immediately took advantage of the good fishing in Florida. He assembled the gear that he had used for freshwater fishing up north, and settled on a popular spot along the Intracoastal Waterway.
He attached his favorite lue, ast it out, and within minutes had caught a beautiful 8 pounder!
A local fisherman gazed in amazement. The "newcomer" brought the fish ashore and gave it to one of the local fisherman. He accepted it with gratitude, and asked, "What did you use to land this beauty?"
The "newcomer" explained it was his favorite silver spinner. The local oldtimer said, "Oh no! That can not be done! You gotta use live shrimp to catch fish like that!"

Rom 4:25-5:2
25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.
5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
KJV

They said it couldn't be done!
Jesus died for sinners!
He was the "Righteous" dying for the UNrighteous.
He was the "Sinless" dying for the sinful.
But the Sadducees said there was no resurrection - no such thing!
And the Pharisees said Jesus was a "winebibber" because he ate and drank with "publicans."
Certainly such a sinner could never be the Messiah!
But Jesus did it! He died for sinners. And He was raised from the dead to prove that He has the power to forgive sinners and put them in a right relationship with God.
When we surrender to Christ, we no longer stand in the mucky mire of our own sin. Instead we stand in the righteousness of our Savior, and therefore are partakers of the Divine grace and mercy of God!
And because of His atonement for our sins, we the "hope of the glory of God" which is eternal heaven!
YEP!! JESUS DID IT!! He died for us, and was raised for our justification!
Ain't God GOOD?!!
Love ya,
