THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
Did you know that leprosy was incurable until around 1946? Then 2 drugs were found that would help with the control of the disease. However multi-drug therapy wasn't known at that time, and it was difficult to administer both drugs at the same time.
A search for more effective medicines led to the discovery of clofazimine and rifampin in the sixties at Novartis. Of the two, rifampin proved to be particularly effective. The first study using rifampin to treat leprosy was published in 1970.[1] A major breakthrough occurred in leprosy treatment in 1982, with the introduction of Multi-Drug-Therapy (MDT) based on studies published by Shantaram Yawalkar and colleagues.[2] The treatment Yawalkar formulated consisted of dapsone and rifampin combination.
For most people, a six month course of tablets for the milder form of leprosy and two years for the more severe form will cure them of the disease.

Mark 1:40-41
40 And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
41 And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.

Leprosy was incurable, but Jesus cured the leper with two simple words: "I WILL!"
Sin, like leprosy, affects the whole of the person. It literally infiltrates every part of humanity. But redemption is just as simple to Jesus as cleansing the leper!
He Who spoke light into existence said only, "Let there BE light," and there WAS light. He created the worlds by fiat; He spoke them into existence.
He is the same today, and His power is the same. He can cleanse from sin as easily as from leprosy. PRAISE GOD! He is "the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever."
(Heb 13:8)
Notice that Jesus reached out and "touched" the leper. The leper had broken ceremonial law by coming into the crowd. Jesus broke ceremonial law by touching the leper.
He that is "touched" by Christ is saved from the law! By law, all sinners must die; But by grace, all sinners can be saved. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Rom 6:23)
Let us come as the leper, begging, pleading, kneeling: "IF Thou WILT..."
Jesus heals all who come in such manner. He will cast out none!
Love ya,
