THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS

DAILY DEVOTIONS

HI!

((Thanks Mark H. for the film!))

Mom walked her son to school one day.

The duty teacher in the yard asked, "Tommy, who is that with you?"

Tommy said, "Nobody!"

The above joke was in a short film I viewed the other day, entitled: INVISIBLE.
((You can find the video at: http://vodpod.com/watch/616475-the-invisible-woman))

Mom felt she had become "invisible" to her family.
No one paid attention when she asked for the TV to be turned down.
Her husband didn't acknowledge her when she went to stand by him at a party.
Her son even told the teacher she was "nobody!"

Sometimes, we Christians feel as though we are "inivisible" too.
No one seems to listen to the truth.
No one seems to acknowledge quiet, yet diligent attendance to duty.
And, many people simply think Christians are "nobody."

Yet, God SEES!
God HEARS!
God KNOWS!

And NONE of our work "in the Lord" is "in vain!!"
He not only acknowledges it; He USES it!

"Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord..."

Love ya,
Bruce
