A lady was the executive secretary for the CEO of a very large company. She had a baby and took off for 6 months to care for her newborn child.
She said at first she thought the whining and crying would drive her crazy.
But finally, her boss settled down.

Rev 21:1-4
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

When life on this earth becomes difficult, my dear Christian, meditate on heaven! The end reward of surrender to Jesus is eternity in a perfect heaven!
"No more sea!" Or, perhaps we can say "no more division." Never again will nations and people be divided. They will be in perfect unity, basking forever under the "Sun of Righteousness." In that wonderful place, never again shall pride divide men from God, nor men from men.
In heaven "God is with men." Never again will the heart feel the absence of His presence. Neither because of our sin, nor for the hardships of life. God will be perfectly with us, and we shall "know even as also I am known." (1Cor. 13:12) Today, God knows us inside out; then we shall know Him in that same way!
In heaven there are no more "tears." There shall be no cause for pain or sorrow, because there shall be no more SIN! All causes of pain will be eradicated. Poverty, famine, persecution, slander, broken friendships will all be gone, and our joy will be full in Christ our Lord.
In our present state, we cannot fully comprehend all the above quoted Scripture means. But we do know heaven will be a PERFECT place.
This physical life is short, but eternity in heaven with Christ is, well, ETERNAL!
Whenever life in this world becomes sorrowful, painful, fearful MEDITATE ON HEAVEN!
It will not be long before we exchange the weeping of today for the joy of a never ending tomorrow with our Lord.
