THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS

Old fishermen never die....they just smell that way!
One fisherman was having a big ordeal in his life, and went to see a psychiatrist. He explained the situation carefully and at great length.
The psychiatrist said, "Well, I suppose you're right. Going away on a fishing trip seems to be the only answer to your dilemma. Let me get my gear and I'll join you!"

Rev 21:4
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Back a hundred years ago (it seems like), I sang with the Million-Heirs Quartet. We used to really enjoy singing about heaven. One song, named "No Tears In Heaven," was particularly peppy, and reflected the joy of which Revelation 21:4 speaks.
"No tears in heaven, no sorrows given.
All will be glory in that land.
There'll be no sadness, all will be gladness,
When we shall join that happy band.
Chorus:
No tears (in heaven fair)
No tears, no tears up there.
Sorrow and pain will all have flown.
No tears (in heaven fair)
No tears, no tears up there.
No tears in heaven will be known."
The saints of God gathered 'round His glorious throne will be perfectly sanctified. They will be set within a city in which sin is shut out. They will be totally filled with His Holy Spirit, and perfectly set aside for His Holy use. All the saints will be fully conformed in Christ's image, and without fault before our Creator and Savior.
The saints of God gathered 'round His glorious throne will be perfectly satisfied. There will be no sinful desires because they will not wish for anything that is not provided. There'll be no death, sorrow, crying or pain because there'll be no sin!
In heaven we shall be totally immersed in immortality and incorruptibility. Most of all, our heart's desire shall be set upon Christ and we shall know Him as He knows us.
This may not be far distant!
Tell someone today of this wonderful place Jesus has prepared for those who love Him.
Love ya,
Bruce
