THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS

A police officer, attending the academy, was verbally questioned.
"If you were by yourself in a police car, and were pursued by vicious criminals in another car doing 40MPH on a lonely country road, what would you do?"
The officer thought a moment and replied, "Fifty?"

Ps 68:3
3 But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice .

As Christians, we are constantly pursued by vicious demons. What should we do?
OUTRUN 'EM!
Rejoice in the Lord and outrun the evil!
Sometimes the old devil tries to convince us that we are BAD.
Sometimes he tries to convince us that our troubles are BAD.
Sometimes he tries to convince us that it's NO USE! We are sinners and unworthy of God's love.
But God says that the saved are counted as "righteous!"
We are made righteous by the blood of Christ. We are called "precious" in God's sight.
We are His "peculiar treasure."
We are "saints" of God; an holy place inhabited by God Himself!
Let us REJOICE!
Let us "exceedingly rejoice!"
The Bible tells us that God is "holy" and He INHABITS the praises of His people (Ps. 22:3).
So when the ole devil starts chasing you, PRAISE THE LORD!
Praise Him for what He HAS done in your life.
Praise Him for what He IS DOING in your life.
And praise Him for what He's GOING TO DO in your life.
"Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice ." (Phil 4:4)
Love ya,
