THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
Someone said they looked forward to the day that anyone could call the IRS and get a correct answer from a real person.
I long for the day when one can call the IRS and hear an automated voice saying:
"Sorry, that number has been disconnected!"

Rom 13:6-8
6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.
7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

Whether we like it or not, tax season is coming soon.
And, as Christians, we do have a responsibility to "pay...tribute."
No, the manner in which our government spends the money raised from taxes is not always right.
However, we as Christians, are to "be subject unto the higher powers" (Rom. 13:1).
Another point the Scripture above makes is pay your bills!
"Owe no man any thing, but to love one another..."
Jesus said, "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." (Mark 12:17)
Let us, for the government's sake, pay quickly that which is owed.
Let us, for God's sake, speak boldly about that which is wrong!
Love ya,
Bruce
