The first time Jennifer rode on a bike built for two she was terrified. Ordinarily, that wouldn't be such a scary ride. But you see Jennifer is blind. As she pedaled along the highway, she realized that cars were flying by. She had to rely totally upon her husbands eyes and reflexes. She had to TRUST that he would take the safe path, and not get them hurt.
Our lives in this earth are much like that of Jennifer's first ride on the bike. We do not have control of what lies ahead. We cannot see the circumstances that may engulf us.
We must trust Christ to guide us. Once we do that we can enjoy the ride! We can then experience the freedom that comes from surrendering to Him without reservation.
Have a really quiet time -- listen -- God is THERE! He is AWESOME, and He is exalted in the earth. Everything in creation carries the "stamp" of His handiwork.
Not only is His presence evident in the creation, but God is also THERE with those who trust Him. He is our REFUGE when we are blindsided by troubles.
Today, know that the omnipotent, omniscient God is WITH you. He's guiding you through the difficulties of life. Let Him do that, and enjoy the ride!
