D.L. Moody was once preaching a revival, and a lady came and disagreed with his methods of winning people to the Lord. He said, "Yes, sometimes I disagree with my own methods. Tell me, Ma'am, how do YOU do it?"
She said, "I don't!"
He said, "Well, then I like my method of doing it better than your method of NOT!"

The method Jesus described for reaching the lost comes in two parts.
The most important part is being empowered by God's Holy Spirit.
But the second part is a MANDATE. Jesus said, "..ye SHALL BE witnesses unto me...." It is a natural and yet phenomenal action of God's Holy Spirit in the believer. Witnessing is something that happens naturally to those who are indwelt by God's Holy Spirit. It SHALL BE done!
And the methodology of witnessing is in concentric circles. Witnessing begins at home ("Jerusalem") and extends to the surrounding neighborhood ("Judaea"), then to even more wider circular areas like our parish (or county) ("Samaria"), and even further to "the uttermost part of the earth."
That's God's PLAN A of reaching the lost.
There IS NO PLAN B!!
