18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

The other day, when I was in North Carolina, the remaining strains of hurricane "Cindy" passed through. She left a deposit of about 7 inches of rain! But at the end of the rain was a beautiful double rainbow!
The rainbow was visible for about 30 minutes as a reminder of God's promise. Then the rainbow disappeared, yielding it's beautiful colors to the gray clouds. So soon the brilliant tints were gone!
The rainbow is not "..rooted and grounded..." because it is only transitory in the constantly moving atmospheric conditions. It is beautiful for awhile, but it is soon gone.
Christians should appear beautiful as the rainbow, but not dissipate with atmospheric conditions.
Let our love be ever abiding.
Let our character be written upon tables of rock.
Let our faith be ever enduring.
Let our convictions be real and based upon the truths of God's Word.
Let us indeed be "..rooted and grounded.." in the love of Christ, and not be swayed with the winds of trials.
Let us not shrink from difficulties, nor even our appearance to the world be changed.
But let us stand firm in the faith that is established in our hearts by the Love of CHRIST!
