THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
The old millionaire was dying.
His three sons gathered around his bed.
After awhile, one son said, "I can get 23 carriages for $1500."
The second son said, "We don't need 23, I can get 10 for $700."
The third son said, "We don't need 10, I can get 5 for $90.00."
The old man stirred, and said, "Boys, just get my pants, and I'll WALK to the cemetery."

Some people are afraid to go to sleep at night.
They worry about thieves and murderers breaking in.
There is no peace in their rest.
Some people are afraid of death.
They worry about what comes next.
David said he could "lay down in peace, and sleep."
Probably, when he wrote that, he was being pursued by enemies.
Yet, he had "peace."
How?
He knew the "LORD!"
Knowing Christ personally, yields PEACE!
We don't have to be afraid of "terrors by night," or of death.
Jesus is our security and safety.
We KNOW the next step!
Paul wrote in Phil 4:7,
"And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Know this, my Christian friends:
Christ has control over all your circumstances;
And, Christ makes the door of death open into "perfect peace" with Him.
Put Jesus FIRST in all you do.
His "peace" will cover your hearts and minds!
