THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
An elderly woman had just returned to her home from an evening of religious service when she was startled by an intruder. As she caught the man in the act of robbing her home of its valuables, she yelled, "Stop - Acts 2:38!" (..turn from your sin...)
The burglar stopped dead in his tracks! The woman calmly called the police and explained what she had done.
As the officer cuffed the man to take him in, he asked the burglar, "Why did you just stand there? All the old lady did was yell a scripture to you."
"Scripture?" replied the burglar, "She said she had an AXE and two 38's!"

Ezek 35:10-14
10 Because thou hast said, These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it; whereas the LORD was there:
11 Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will even do according to thine anger, and according to thine envy which thou hast used out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I have judged thee.
12 And thou shalt know that I am the LORD, and that I have heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they are given us to consume.
13 Thus with your mouth ye have boasted against me, and have multiplied your words against me: I have heard them.
14 Thus saith the Lord GOD; When the whole earth rejoiceth, I will make thee desolate.

The Word of God is absolutely true, and will endure forever!
GOD has "the last say!"
The Edomites looked at the places where the Jews had dwelled (Israel & Judah), and saw that they were deserted. They thought surely they could take those places!
But "the LORD was there!!" He maintained His presence there to protect the land, so that the Jews could return!
In the Christian, God IS THERE! His presence remains to protect the person, so that the person can return to full life, even at death!
There are many who say that the grave is the end, and there's nothing else.
There are many who try our faith by proclaiming that God is NOT!
But God IS! And God is always WITH His people!
When you face death, the devil will try and proclaim you guilty of sin.
Of course he is right, but the true believer's sins are covered by Jesus' blood.
The true believer is washed, cleansed, sealed for deliverance to eternal joy.
Today, the devil will try to quench your spirit with his lies and deceipt.
But "the LORD is there!"
Today, the devil will try to thwart your good works.
But "the LORD is there!"
Remember, God has THE FINAL SAY!
