THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS

DAILY DEVOTIONS

HI!

Christians are "lambs," given to Christ on the altar of self-sacrifice.
However, we are all too guilty of often crawling off the altar because of worldly concerns!

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by

Light from the Word.

The "will of God" is "good, and acceptable, and perfect..."

The will of God is found by humbly surrendering to His Holy Spirit teaching as we study the Bible.

"Conformed" means to be fashioned according to something, or bent to the same actions as the world.

"Transformed," on the other hand, means to have a metarmorphosis -- to change!

Christians are supposed to be transformed "by the renewing of your mind."
We do that by surrendering to God's Holy Spirit through study of the Word of God.

This is how we learn.
This is how we change:
By learning and applying!
For we can only change if we learn.

WHILE we are being transformed by the daily study of God's Word, we will "prove" the will of God in our lives.
We will be TEMPERED by testing, trial, affliction, suffering, fear.....et al.
But the tempering will make us stronger daily, and help us exhibit the will of God in our lives.

Don't be bent.
Have a metamorphosis!

Love ya!
