An anagram is a word or phrase made by moving the
letters of another word or phrase around.
Dormitory - Dirty Room
Snooze Alarms - Alas! No more z's!
And when the day of Pentecost was fully come,
they were all with one accord in one place.
LIGHT from the WORD.
Yup! That proves it!
The Bible is really "up-to-date!"
And it says you can get 11 men in a Honda!
The point is: the disciples were all in one place,
AND, in UNITY as they had been directed by Jesus.
THEN, an ANOTHER amazing thing happened!
The ground SHOOK when they PRAYED together!
(See Acts 4:31)
UNITY in the church allows God to work THROUGH
The Bible teaches we should ALWAYS be WORKING
toward UNITY in the church!!
In order to have spiritual unity and harmony, every
member of the church must be COMMITTED to Jesus
AND to each other!
Here's another anagram....
Sometimes a church has a contradiction --
"accord not in it."
Are you COMMITTED, or
are you a CONTRADICTION?
