I was working on a project....I know I was.
Wait, let me find my notes.
I write everything down so that instead of wasting time
trying to remember, I waste time trying to find notes.
Oh! HERE it is!

Acts 14:21-22
21 And when they had preached the gospel to that city,
and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra,
and to Iconium, and Antioch,
22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to
continue in the faith, and that we must through much
tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

LIGHT from the WORD.

It's a project for ALL Christians!

They had to first CONFIRM the "souls of the disciples"
in those places.
In other words, the disciples weren't living like they were Christians.
They had to ASK to be sure!

Then they EXHORTED them to "continue in the faith."
At times, we all need to be encouraged to "continue in the faith."

Then Paul and Barnabus TAUGHT the disciples a wonderful lesson.
It is only after “much tribulation” that we enter into
the kingdom of God in fullness!

What's so wonderful about that lesson?
It's not necessarily good news to know that we are going to
continue facing much tribulation.
But it is good news that AFTER that,
we will enter into the kingdom of God in fullness!

And THAT'S where our PROJECT comes in!

CONFIRM one another in the faith of Christ.
EXHORT one another to live daily exhibiting that faith.
And, TEACH one another about the trials of life, and the END!

This helps make life ENJOYABLE until the goal is REACHED!

Love ya!
