Too often, we compromise our convictions
in order to please ourselves.
For instance: If my wife and I disagree,
we must reach a compromise.
We just do it HER way!

Daniel 3:17-18
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego,
answered and said to the king,
O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to
answer thee in this matter.
17 If it be so, our God Whom we serve is
able to deliver us from the burning fiery
furnace, and He will deliver us out of thine
hand, O king.
18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king,
that we will not serve thy gods, nor
worship the golden image which thou hast
set up.

Faith in God is a gift from God to one who
has yielded himself to God and His truths.
When Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego
were commanded to bow down to the great
idol which Nebuchadnezzar had built, they
answered with CONVICTION; and they were
NOT willing to COMPROMISE!!
They took a hard stance against idol worship
based on their CONVICTION that there is
only ONE GOD.
We must remember that our Lord is ALWAYS
at work, even in the most diffcult of
circumstances.
Faith is not just believing in God; it is living
and making decisions based on His truths!
Most journalism of today has a purpose of
convincing the reader that idiocy is correct.
Christians, be CONVICTED to act in FAITH,
regardless of the miriads of those who seek
COMPROMISE.
