It's 6pm and the weatherman is saying there will be storms!

How do you take that?

Well, it depends on where you LIVE!

John 15:4
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself,
except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

“Abide”, means: to continue, dwell, endure, be present, remain.

Christian, to abide in self means you may be able to "bear fruit,"
however, you may not be willing.

To abide in Christ means you are both able and willing to "bear fruit" for His glory.

When we abide in self, we are subject to the frustrations of life.
And, our demeanor is usually consistent with our frustration.

When we abide in Christ, we grow daily in His mannerisms.
Whatever our frustrations may be, we still give Christ the glory for life!

It is necessary that we LIVE in Christ;
That we have communion with Him!

Our fellowship with Him takes the bitterness of life away.
Living in constant communion with Him reminds us we are safe in "the everlasting arms."
(Deut. 33:27)

Jesus is not a friend Whom we call upon now and then.
He is THE Friend espoused to our soul!

The interactive social weather is definitely going to be STORMY.
How do you take that?
Well, it depends on where you LIVE!

I pray today that you will seek to "Abide" in Christ's company every moment;
that you will not be content with a prayer now and then, but
maintain an attitude of prayer continuously.

REMAIN in Him, and you WILL "bear fruit!"

Love ya!
