THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
Repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” in the military causes destruction of morality!
Now, having the right to be “open” about being gay,
means having the right to persecute anyone in the military who speaks against homosexuality!
I hate to say, “I told you so,” but......
Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
The Department of Defense released a 235+ page report (November 30, 2010) called,
“Report of the Comprehensive Review of the Issues Associated with a Repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”.”
That report is stated, “The results of the Service member survey reveal a widespread attitude among a solid
majority of Service members that repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell will not have a negative
impact on their ability to conduct their military mission. “

That report also states, “In the course of our assessment, it became apparent to us that, aside from the moral
and religious objections to homosexuality, much of the concern about “open” service is
driven by misperceptions and stereotypes about what it would mean if gay Service members
were allowed to be “open” about their sexual orientation. Repeatedly, we heard Service
members express the view that “open” homosexuality would lead to widespread and overt
displays of effeminacy among men, homosexual promiscuity, harassment and unwelcome
advances within units, invasions of personal privacy, and an overall erosion of standards of
conduct, unit cohesion, and morality. Based on our review, however, we conclude that these
concerns about gay and lesbian Service members who are permitted to be “open” about
their sexual orientation are exaggerated, and not consistent with the reported experiences
of many Service members.”

However, Air National Guardsman Layne Wilson and Senior Master Sergeant Phillip Monk have found out DIFFERENTLY!
Air National Guardsman Layne Wilson objected to a “gay” wedding at West Point, and was punished!
Senior Master Sergeant Phillip Monk disagreed with his commander’s viewpoint on homosexuality, and was
relieved of duty, mirandized and informed he was subject of a criminal investigation!
Yet BOTH of those men are standing in the Lord’s “counsel,” and looking forward only to the fact that He
will “receive” them “to glory!”
If the root is poisoned will not the whole tree be corrupted?
In the same vein, if morality is set aside, the law is corrupted!
Let me encourage Christians to stand strongly in the Lord’s “counsel,” and
look forward to when He will “receive” you “to glory!”
