A shoplifter was caught red-handed trying to steal a watch from an exclusive jewelry store.
"Listen," said the shoplifter to the manager,
"I know you don't want any trouble either.
What do you say I just buy the watch and we forget about this?"

The manager agreed and wrote up the sales slip.
The crook looked at the slip and said,
"This is a little more than I intended to spend. Can you show me something less expensive?"

Eph 2:5-7
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

We had a lowly beginning, and then things got WORSE!
Man became "needy" because he lowered himself to the "dunghill" through sin.

But our Gracious Creator came to "raise" us up, and to set us by His side eternally.
When a lowly defiled sinner such as you and I surrenders to Christ and pleads forgiveness, He elevates us to new heights!

Praise God! When we are saved, we are no longer mere created beings with lowly and defiled state.
We become SONS OF GOD!
John 1:12
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
1 Peter 2:9
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:
It is through surrender to Christ as Lord that ".. we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father." (Eph 2:18)

Don’t spend your life being “less expensive!”

Thank You Lord for creating me: something from nothing.
Thank You Lord for when I defiled Your creation, you came to give forgiveness.
Thank You Lord for allowing me to be adopted into Your family.
Thank You Lord for the access to Your Person by Your Holy Spirit.
Help me Lord, that I may be filled with Him and glorify You in this day.

Love ya!
