THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
Satan's greatest wile is "Wait a while".
Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.
33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
There is more to being saved than just believing in God.
Even the demons believe, but they aren't saved.
Simply because they have never surrendered to Jesus as Lord of their lives.
The key to salvation is entering a covenant with God.
An old story explains it well.
A very rich man and his wife had only one son.
That son joined the army.
The father had a portrait made of the son in uniform.
The son was killed in combat.
Later, the rich dad died.
An auction was held to sell off all his estate.
The first item up for bids was the portrait of the man's son.
No one would bid.
Finally, the old butler bid one dollar.
The auctioneer cried, "SOLD! And that ENDS the auction!"
Many patrons complained.
He said, holding up the will, "Whoever takes the son gets ALL!"
Do you have the SON?
