THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
HI!
An old atheist made his will to leave his farm to
the devil.
The court decided the only way to carry out the will
was to leave the farm untended by human hands.
After only a few years brush and trees covered the
once lush farmland.
All the buildings crumbled and fell.
The farm was USELESS!

not as in my presence only, but now much more in my
absence, work out your own salvation with fear and
trembling.

to do of his good pleasure.

LIGHT from the WORD. 
When a person surrenders to Christ, and is genuinely saved,
God's Holy Spirit takes up residence in that person's life.
(See Eph. 1:13-14)
However, God's Holy Spirit seeks to inspire without
reducing our free agency.
We are restrained by His Holy inspiration, but
we are not constrained from our individual lives.
It then becomes our duty to remember His
Holy presence, and to "will" to do
God's "good pleasure."
Consider your life your farm!
TEND it with: Bible study, prayer, attendance, giving,
and ministry.
While doing this:
AND 
Be sure you work to let Jesus "increase" while
your individual will "decrease". (See John 3:30)
Don't leave your farm UNTENDED!
