LIGHT from the WORD.

Now, most folk who know me will tell you I exercise a lot.
I do believe exercise, in the appropriate manner and time,
is beneficial.
It strengthens muscles, increases agility, and aids mobility.

However, exercise and health foods to the extreme cause
body dysfunction.

That's because God has our days NUMBERED!
The Greek word from which “stature” (above) is translated
can mean a measurement of distance or time.

However, wisdom, acquired from God's Word, is much like
exercise and proper dieting.
While it may not add distance to your lifespan, it certainly
makes life more enjoyable!

John 10:10
I am come that they might have life,
and that they might have it more abundantly.

Yes! EXERCISE!
Exercise your body.

But, more importantly, exercise your SPIRIT!!!
For THAT is what gives you joy in this life, AND
the joy of KNOWING you have eternal life in Jesus!

EXERCISE YOUR SPIRIT!
