I remember a crusade we were having in
Columbia, LA.
One night, Bro. Joe Senn was preaching
and he suddenly stopped.
He looked at the lady who was "signing"
for the hearing impaired.
He asked her, "Would you please show me
the international sign of complete
surrender?"
Immediately, she lifted her hands to the
sky!

Do you ever feel dry in your spiritual walk
with Christ?
There are many reasons why we sometimes
have dry spells in our spiritual life.
* Maybe we have just grown too independent,
trying to accomplish things in our own power.
* Perhaps difficult circumstances have
surrounded us.
* Perhaps we have become so involved in
the day-to-day performance of life that we
have by-passed our personal prayer time
and Bible study time.
Christian, when you find yourself experiencing
dryness, maybe you should remember where
you were when Christ first FOUND you.
You were BROKEN because of the realization
of sin;
You were faced with being in TOTAL
SURRENDER to the Lord of Glory!
It was then that you threw up your spiritual
hands and asked Jesus for forgiveness!
It was then you asked the Lord omnipotent
to take over in your life.
And, it was then, that you found
LIVING WATER!
"Return unto me, and I will return unto you,
saith the Lord of hosts..." (Mal. 3:7)
It is then, the spiritual water of life will begin
to flow in your life richly!
