The Holy Spirit is our "Comforter," but what He brings is
the comfort of Christ.
The Holy Spirit is our "Teacher," but what He teaches is the
image of Christ.

John 14:26
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father
will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring
all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

If indeed we are willing "disciples" (students) of Christ,
then we will STUDY His Word.
"....If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;"
(John 8:31).

God promises (in John 14:26 above) to illuminate & educate us with
His absolutely accurate Word.
God promises also, that when we go about our daily routine,
He will help us remember what He has taught us.

In Genesis, He is our Creator.
The One Who walked with Adam & Eve, and with Abraham;
the One Who talked with Noah.

In Exodus through Deuteronomy He is the law.
Which He lived perfectly when He came.

In Joshua, Judges and Ruth, He is our Deliverer, our Savior.
In 1Samuel through 2Chronicles, He is our King.
In the book of Psalm, He is our subject of joy for singing.
In Proverbs, He is our wisdom.

I could go on.

God's Holy Spirit not only comforts us in this world's agonies;
He also teaches us how to live victoriously.
The manner in which He does both is to give us the PICTURE of Jesus!

Do you have the PICTURE?

Love ya!
