And straightway all the people, when they
beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running
to him saluted him.

_______THOUGHT______________
When Moses went returned from the mountain,
the people asked him to put a veil on his face.
The glory of the Lord shone upon him.
When Jesus returned from the mountain where
he was transfigured before the disciples, people
ran TO Him!
Take that as the difference of the law and the
SAVIOR!
The law EXPOSES our sin.
Jesus exposes God's FORGIVENESS!
The written Word shows that our hearts are
"desperately wicked!" (Jer. 17:9)
The LIVING Word calls us TO Him for eternal
REST! (Matt. 11:28-30)
Jesus exhibits God's Holy and eternal love!
Romans 5:8 says,
"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in
that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
Be GREATLY AMAZED when you read the
written Word of God; because it leads us to
the Living Word, Jesus!
