"HIDDEN TREASURES"
Spiritual wisdom and knowledge are
treasures hidden in God.
They are unattainable except by
being IN CHRIST.

Col. 2:1-3
1 For I would that ye knew what great conflict
I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and
for as many as have not seen my face in the
flesh;
2 That their hearts might be comforted, being
knit together in love, and unto all riches of the
full assurance of understanding, to
acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and
of the Father, and of Christ;
3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom
and knowledge.

_______THOUGHT______________
Paul's concern for Christians in Laodicea is
the same concern we should have for our
fellow-Christians.
As Christians, we should have:
1) concern that all our fellow Christians
would be COMFORTED by God's Holy Spirit;
2) a concern that all Christians might have
FELLOWSHIP with each other in the love of
Christ;
3) a concern that all Christians might have the
COMPREHENSION of the treasures of wisdom
and knowledge from the Word of God.
Be aware, Christians, in the world, we are
constantly bombarded by paganistic philosophy
and laws written so complicated they have no
foundation of real truth.
But also, be aware, that our Lord is willing
to accept any person who is truly repentant
about his/her sin.
And, God accepts those through the
sacrifice Christ made on the cross.
We should also have the full assurance that
we can SHARE these treasures with others!
