THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
Without faith, it is impossible to conquer your fears;
but WITH faith " all things are possible to him that believeth." (Mark 9:23)
27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall
from their masters' table.
28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith:
be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from
that very hour.
Light from the Word.
This woman's greatest fear was losing her daughter.
She came to Jesus wanting Him to cast out the devil that was in her daughter.
She was a Canaanite -- a Gentile.
To her request, Jesus said, "It is not meet to take the children's bread and
cast it to dogs."(Matt. 15:26)
That was a rather derogatory statement to her, because Jewish people referred
to Gentiles as dogs.
But she passed right by that, and said, "Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the
crumbs which fall from their masters' table." (Matt. 15:27)
She needed a great miracle!
But, to Jesus, she intimated it was only a "crumb!"
What's YOUR greatest fear today?
Remember, to YOU it may mean a great miracle.
But to Jesus, it's only a "crumb"!!
Immitate the "crumb woman!"
