DAILY DEVOTION

HI!

The news photographer requested a plane to take pictures of
the fires in Oregon.
The news company told him there was a small airport, just
outside of town; and that a small twin engine plane would
waiting for him.

Arriving at the airport, he saw a twin engine plane warming up.
He ran to the plane, opened the door and hopped in.
He said, "Ok! Let's GO!"

The pilot took off.
Then the photographer said, "I want you to make some
low passes over the valley."

The pilot said, "Why?"
The photographer said, "So I can get pictures of the fires."

The pilot, looking shocked, said, "So, what you're telling
is that you're NOT my flight instructor?"

LIGHT from the WORD.

POSITION with God is VERY important.
If you have no RELATIONSHIP with Him, you have no
position!
If you HAVE relationship with Him, there is always room
to IMPROVE your position!

Our Scripture says we should be “building up”
ourselves in “faith.”
This is improving your position with God.
And it is described in three ways here.

Remember, you can talk to God ANYTIME!
And our prayer time with Him is "most holy!"
So, PLAN that time and PROTECT that time from
interference.

God wants your focus on HIM while living your life.
The way you show your "love of God," is by being
obedient to His direction you gain through Bible Study.
Plan THAT time keep it PROTECTED too.

Be attentive to, and "looking for the mercy of our
Lord Jesus Christ," which leads to "eternal life."
Remember, eternal life, is the QUALITY of life you live
before others!
