THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
I'm glad we finally got some rain!
It's been so dry here this summer, that when we had new converts:
the Methodists and Catholics were handing out damp handkerchiefs, and
the Baptists were sprinkling!
Thou hast set all the borders of the earth:
thou hast made summer and winter.
One thing we can say about "summer and winter,"
God MAKES it!
He is always faithful to bring the seasons in proper order.
Day and night revolve around His preset commands.
As it is in the earth, so it is in the person.
God is always faithful when we have summer or winter in our soul.
Perhaps you are suffering the dry/cracked heat of loneliness or adversity.
Perhaps you are suffering the cold blasts of personal loss, sickness,
Remember, God is FAITHFUL!
Christian, whatever adversity you are facing,
"God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of
his Son Jesus Christ our Lord." (1 Cor 1:9)
In the heat or the cold of your soul, trust His closeness,
"for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee."
