I've noticed two things about each day:
1) Sunrise is as beautiful as sunset; and
2) the former is less attended than the latter!
7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according
to the hope of eternal life.
8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm
constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful
to maintain good works.
These things are good and profitable unto men.

“This is a faithful saying,” (vs 8) refers to vs 7.
It is indeed a faithful saying on three very important points.
The sinner is washed clean, and presented before God as an

This is the by the work of the grace of Christ!
The Gospel of Christ includes providing the sinner with a state of
And, that state of eternal glory is given by resurrection of the mortal
body into a glorified state. (See 1Cor. 15:51-58, 1Thess. 4:13-18)
This is the promise given to sinners surrendered to Christ and
“justified by His grace.”
Then follows three statements concerning those two points.
It is indeed a "faithful saying!"
SAY IT by living a life initiated by Christ's spirit within you!
SAY IT by showing that you are "good and profitable unto men"!
Beautiful is the SONrise in you!
Is it faithfully attended with open confession and good works?
