THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
A man was driving down the road with his wife of 49 years in the passenger seat.
She said, “Honey, you used to sit close to me and hold my hand while you drove.”
He said, “Well, honey, I haven’t moved.”
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.
THINK for a moment, Christian, about when you were first saved.
Do you remember how you yearned for the closeness of your Lord?
AH! How you desired to pray and talk to Him!
And, how you enjoyed reading and studying His Word!
Oh! How you felt blessed to be in His church, worshipping with others;
and, could not wait until Sunday!
Your joy was full when you were singing and praising the Lord.
And, you watched for opportunities in every conversation just to speak of Him and His love.
Do you now pray as often as then?
Do you still have a time set aside daily to study His Word?
Are you as sensitive now to the needs of others around you?
Are you as willing to talk of Him in every conversation?
Or, have you grown APART?
Remember, Jesus has NOT MOVED!
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD!
