Today's Devotion:
"LIVING Water FLOWS"
Viscosity is a measure of a fluid's
resistance to flow, often described
as its "thickness" or internal friction.
A high-viscosity fluid (like honey or
molasses) flows slowly and is thick,
whereas a low-viscosity fluid (like
water or alcohol) flows easily and
is thin.

John 4:10
Jesus answered and said unto
her, If thou knewest the gift of
God, and Who it is that saith
to thee, Give me to drink; thou
wouldest have asked of Him,
and He would have given thee
living water.

_______THOUGHT_________
I remember going out to Grandma's
shed, in the winter, and getting a
quart of molasses.
When trying to pour it onto a
biscuit, one really needed a spoon
to make it move.
In the meeting of Jesus and the
woman at the well, Jesus likens
what He gives to LIVING WATER.
That, to me, reflects a mountain
stream flowing quickly downhill!
Let's just face it.
EACH Christian is PART of the
Body of Christ. (1Cor. 12:27)
Now, the eye and the hand are of
DIFFERENT viscosity!
So, some Christians grasp the
UNITY of the Body (of Christ) slower
than others.
It is important that EACH of us
grasp the UNITY of the body as
quick as the eye, or a fast-moving
stream!
Eph. 4:3 says, "Endeavouring to
KEEP the UNITY of the Spirit in
the bond of peace."
What one LEARNS, one KEEPS!
Let's be intent on LEARNING as we
were LIVING WATER, not COLD
MOLASSES!
Love ya!
