1 In the beginning was the Word, and the
Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was in the beginning with God.

apart from Him nothing came into being that
has come into being.
4 In Him was life, and the life was the Light
of men.

"Word" - from the Greek, logos.
We get our word logo from that.
It means a visual representation.
Jesus Christ is the ONLY visual
representation of God!
"Light" - from the Greek phos.
We get our word "FOCE" from that.
It means luminous, shining.
And, FOCE is the name of a luminous watch.
Jesus Christ is the ONLY Illumination,
or revelation of the Living God!
Jesus Christ is the bodily manifestation or
the UNDERSTANDING of the invisible God!
1 John 5:20 says, "And we know that the
Son of God is come, and hath given us an
understanding, that we may know him that
is true, and we are in him that is true, even
in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God,
and eternal life."
The eternal WORD has come in the Person
of Jesus Christ!
ONLY in Jesus is eternal life revealed and
understood!
If one really wants to understand God,
one will be studying the LOGO of God;
JESUS CHRIST!
