Today's Devotion:
"LOOKING UP to the SON"

When darkness comes, the lily
bows;
but when the sun rises, so does
the lily and looks up to the sun.

2 Cor 5:21
For he hath made Him to be sin
for us, who knew no sin; that we
might be made the righteousness
of God in him.
KJV

_______THOUGHT_________

WITHOUT Jesus, we must ALL
bow in the darkness of our sin.
(Rom. 3:23)

But WITH surrender to Jesus,
one may be counted as "just
men made perfect" (Heb, 12:23)
through the "righteousness of
God in HIM!" (2Cor. 5:21)

Through the cross of Calvary
Jesus took OUR sin upon His
own body!
He buried it in the tomb of
corruption.
The, He arose incorruptible!

Jesus is "The LORD OUR
RIGHTEOUSNESS!" (Jer. 23:6)

He takes the repentant sinner
and dresses him in HIS own
robe of righteousness!

As sinners, we stand in NEED
of Christ's amazing grace!

But BY His grace, we stand
LOOKING UP to the SON!
