"L I F E"

Some years ago, as part of a project
for a psychology class, I was visiting
an insane asylum.
I asked the director how it was
determined if a patient should be
institutionalized.

He said, "We fill up a bathtub and offer
a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket.
Then we ask the patient to empty the
bathtub."

I said, "Oh. I understand. The normal
person would use the bucket."

He said, "No sir. The normal person
would just pull the plug in the bathtub.

Do you want a bed with a window view?"
