DAILY DEVOTION

Consider the ark as God's provision for saving man from the flood of evil in the world;
and bringing man to a final destination of perfect safety.

There was no rudder or sail on the ark.
The guidance system was God's omniscient, omnipotent hand.
When we go through life, with its sicknesses, diseases and
plots of evil people, we must depend upon God's guidance.
That requires surrender in trust to God as our pilot.

Noah built the ark because he believed God's WORD.
Noah had never seen rain, but he BELIEVED God, when
he was told there was a FLOOD coming.
God gave the PLAN for salvation from the flood.
The blueprint was given. Noah only had to build according to God's plan.
Our "ark" today is basically the same.
We must build our lives based on surrender in trust to God as our architect.
Then we simply follow God's will which, by the way, is given in His WORD.

The ark had only ONE door!
Our ark for today has only one door - JESUS CHRIST! (John 14:6)
Jesus is the LIVING Word of God, Who points us to the WRITTEN Word of God.
The Bible teaches us discretion, reasonability, and wisdom to make right decisions.

Enter the ark through the ONE door!
Surrender your life to Jesus as Lord and Master of who you are.
Surrender to Christ yields FAITH which is a GIFT from God. (Eph. 2:8-9)
And that faith SEALS us until God guides us to our final destination! (Eph. 1:13)

THEN, study the Bible to receive God's guidance and direction.

Listen, COVID-19 is here to STAY.
It's a VIRUS.
And mankind has no knowledge of how to kill a virus,
just like man had no way in which to stop the flood!

Be sensible, but be productive.
Being saved, we do not live in FEAR. (2Tim. 1:7)
But we live in FAITH! (2Cor. 5:7)
