Bill was taking the oral exam to help him get a job as a truck driver.

As part of the oral exam to pass the driving test, the instructor said,
“Let’s say you and your sidekick Bob are going down a steep hill and all of a sudden
your brakes go out, and at the bottom of the steep incline is a train stalled on the tracks.
What would you do?”

The applicant replied, “I’d wake Bob up!”

Puzzled by his response, the instructor asked, “Why would you wake up Bob?”

“Well, me and Bob have traveled a lot of miles together and we have seen a lot of pretty spectacular wrecks.
But Bob ain’t never seen a wreck like the wreck that’s going to happen at the bottom of the hill!”

Deut 6:4
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
Jude 1
Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:
1 Cor 1:2
Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
1 Peter 1:2
Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

I do not pretend to comprehend nor explain the Trinity of God.
But I do know the Bible explains one thing: the UNITY of God!
"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD." (Deut. 6:4 above)

And, if we as Christians are surrendered to Christ as Lord of our lives, then
the UNITY of God is working for our WHOLE redemption.

God ALWAYS works in UNITY of the three Persons!

Before time began, each believer was "sanctified" in the plan of God the Father.
For, in omniscient glory, He looked through time and knew who would surrender to Christ.

Jesus came into the world to pay the Holy price of man's redemption, according to that plan.
Thus, He "sanctified" each true believer through His propitiation and atonement.

God's Holy Spirit is continually working in believers to complete that plan,
through constant “sanctification” of each true believer in Christ.

So, when your life looks like it's headed for a train-wreck, remember this:
The UNITY of God is working for your WHOLE sanctification!

Mark 12:30 says, “And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength:...”

Love God with ALL you are;
Because He loves you with ALL He is!

Love ya!
