THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
You know you're a parent when you hear yourself say,
"Because I TOLD you to!"
But Jesus called them unto him, and said,
Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not:
for of such is the kingdom of God.
When does a disciple of Jesus become a parent?
When he/she begins to bring others to Jesus!
Our world is full of children.
Some are young, and some are old!
Jesus wants them ALL!
Whatever age we may be, when we come to Jesus in genuine
obedience, we become His CHILD!
He creates in us a new person (2Cor. 5:17), and
begins to work His will in our lives (Philippians 2:13).
He begins to teach us His Bible (John 14:26), and
helps us to remember His principles as we go along our way.
Perhaps most important, being a child of God means having
PEACE in our soul.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall
keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
That peace is what helps us to climb the mountains of adversity;
pass through the valleys of solitude; and,
overcome the anxieties and difficulties of life!
Do YOU have that peace?
Are you passing it on to OTHER children?
