Bill and Bud were twins nearing their 90’s.
They loved to play golf.

However, Bill was losing his sight.
So Bud always had to watch where the ball went.

One day, Bill hit a tee shot that went about 160yds down the fairway.
He turned to Bud, “Did you see where it went?”
Bud, “Yes.”

So they got in the cart, and started down the fairway.
Bill asked, “Where is the ball?”

Bud said, “Hmmm... I FORGOT!”

Eph 2:19
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners,
but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

Sometimes we Christians need to remember who we are.

We have God for our Father, Christ our Savior as our Brother.
We are citizens of the New Jerusalem, on a temporary journey to our eternal home.

We sons of God, heirs to the Holy Throne. We are “fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God.”

We are members of the church of the first born, and our names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
We wear Christ’s robe of righteousness, and are given a crown of immortality.

We have the mind of Christ in the Holy Bible.
We have God’s Holy Spirit as our Teacher, Comforter, and constant Companion.

The proclamations of Christ our King are our mandates.
The commands of our God we cheerfully obey.

We are blood-washed, Spirit-sealed, ambassadors to the world.
We rejoice over sinners repenting and prodigals returning.

Christian, remember who you are; and,
live in character consistent with your position.

Love ya!
