THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
After a particularly difficult day in Air Force training, the Sargent was
marching the troops toward the dining hall.
At the corner of the street he called out, "SQUADS RIGHT!"
One airman muttered under his breath, "So now he admits it!"
1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of
2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him
with the whole heart.
3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy
Light from the Word.
Can you really walk with God, "undefiled in the way?"
God said to the church in Sardis, "Thou hast a few names even
in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall
walk with me in white: for they are worthy." (Rev 3:4)
What makes us worthy?
Our walk with God?
The blood of Christ is what makes us worthy!
It is the fact of being justified because of surrender to His will.
That's what God accepts.
Then He applies the perfect righteousness of Christ to our lives.
Because of our surrender to Christ and His will, God grants us robes
of ADOPTION, JUSTIFICATION and HONOR!
He calls us His children,
accepts us in Christ,
and will grant us eternal glory!
Now this gives us REASON to "have respect unto all His
commandments" and to try and "walk in His ways!"
Are you seeking Him with your “whole heart?”
