"SLEEP WALKING"
A lady approached the pastor
after the worship hour.
She said, "Pastor, I assume
you're wondering about my
husband leaving during the
service."
Pastor, "Well, I did think about
that."
Lady, "Well, don't let it bother
you. He's been walking in
his sleep for about 20 years!"

Eph. 5:13-14
13 But all things that are reproved
are made manifest by the light: for
whatsoever doth make manifest is
light.
14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou
that sleepest, and arise from the
dead, and Christ shall give thee
light.

________THOUGHT___________
Christians, before they met
Christ, were "dead in
trespasses and sin." (Eph. 2:1)
However, they are now RISEN
from spiritual deadness by the
same power that raised Christ
from physical deadness ---
God's Holy Spirit!!
Christians, being endowed
with that gift should live by the
"light," or understanding that
Jesus gives.
Therefore, Vs 14 might say,
"LIVE in the Spirit of Christ,
and do NOT be sleeping, or
caught UNAWARE by the
works of darkness!"
The fact is, the ole devil is
trying to STEAL people!
People are put to sleep by
alcohol, drugs, sensuality,
busyness, phones, computers!
Don't be "SLEEP WALKING!"
AWAKE!!
BE AWARE!
And, DO SOMETHING!
SHARE the LIGHT of CHRIST!
