THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
Mom walked into the study and found her 4-year-old daughter
pounding away on Dad's typewriter.
She asked, "What are you doing, Honey?"
The little girl answered, "I'm writing a story."
Mom asked, "What is the story about?"
She answered, "I don't know. I can't read."
For all our days are passed away in thy wrath:
we spend our years as a tale that is told.
Light from the Word.
The Bible teaches us that God "reads" our life story.
His judgment is the only one that really counts.
God knows ALL the story!
He's the One Who decides our place of eternal existence,
and determines the rewards for our service to Him.
Other people see our life story too.
How we live does have some influence on other people.
How are they reading MY life story TODAY?
What values am I expressing that are worthy of attention?
As Christians, we should determine that TODAY we will live our
lives as a "story" that tells of the value of Christ in our lives.
It's a DAILY struggle, because incidences and instances in life
interfere with our plans.
What kind of story are YOU telling with your life?
